UK Deliveries (England, Scotland and Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands)

UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail signed for service. 

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3:00 PM ( Monday - Friday ) The same day, on some very rare occasions this may not be possible, and we will notify with revised dispatch time scale.  

First class UK mainland ( £3.99 ) Orders received before 3 PM are aimed to be delivered in One to Three working days excluding Sundays and Bank / Public Holidays  

Second class / Standard UK mainland ( £2.99 ) Orders received before 3PM are aimed to be delivered in Two to Four working days excluding Sundays and Bank / Public Holidays    

Free Deliver on orders over £50 ( FREE ) Orders received before 3:00 PM are aimed to be delivered in Two to Four working days excluding Sundays and Bank / Public Holidays  

 NOTE : We are unfortunately unable to give exact times scales.

When will your order arrive ? 

Royal Mail aim to make deliveries every day, Monday to Saturday.

They don't usually deliver on bank, public and local holidays. Details of Public and local Holidays can be found HERE :

Royal Mail deliveries are scheduled to be completed :

• Addresses in urban areas - by 3pm
• Addresses in rural areas - by 4pm (subject to exceptions for remote areas with limited transport infrastructure such as the Highlands and Islands)

Changes to mail volumes, transport disruptions and operating issues mean that sometimes your delivery may be later in the day. 

Where is my order coming from ?

We hold all products listed in our store in stock and every order is picked and dispatched directly from our premises Party Props Online, 55 Swift Street Dunfermline, KY11 8SN. 

My order hasn't arrive, what should I do ?

Despite best efforts some services may be disrupted during these challenging times, The delivery time scales provided on our website are estimated and guidelines only, Party Props shall not be liable for compensation in failure to deliver within advised timescale. 

If you haven't received your order within our advised time scales, please check for Royal Mail service issues in your area   ( Royal Mail - Service Issues ) and reach out to us at info@partypropsonline.co.uk or call 01383 331920 quoting your order number and we will be happy to look into where your order is and advise on a case by case basis.
